This week in Wilmington

It's Restaurant Week!!!

What is Restaurant Week?!

Wilmington's City Restaurant Week features two-course lunches for $15 and three-course dinners for $35. This is a great opportunity to visit amazing downtown restaurants at extremely affordable prices.

AMAZING!!!

City Restaurant Week ends on Saturday, May 1st, with a "Dine-Around" evening in which restaurants join into groups of three to create a loop-style event. Patrons will enjoy each stage of their meal—appetizer, entrĂ©e and dessert—at a different restaurant.

Enjoy a three-course meal, one course at three different restaurants. This progressive dinner party is sure to sell out. You can purchase single seats or come with a crowd. Cost is $60 per person and includes two glasses of wine and gratituity.

Advance reservations are required.

DELICIOUS!!!

Don't forget about the Chef's Tables:
Enjoy the best table in the house
Savor a five-course meal created especially for you
Meet the chef and the restaurant owner
There will be only one Chef’s Table per restaurant. Make sure that table is yours.
You must call the restaurant of your choice for reservations.
Cost: $60 per person (excluding alcohol).

OMG... VIP... LOL!!!

Happy Earth Day, kittens.

Let's all be good citizens and keep our water, electric and gas consumption to a minimum. Instead, try walking to work today or possibly carpooling. This evening, once you leave a room, turn the lights off for that room. If you're able, go outside and enjoy some of Delaware's lovely parks. Maybe treat yourself to a day in the garden to give back in the most literal sense. Remember, the Earth was here first and will still be here after we all pass, we are simply guests. Let's behave appropriately.

Below is a wonderful link to a site called ecodelaware which features all these wonderful events and activities available in our state.
